| RealtyTrac has it all! Excellent listings which include, Pre-Foreclosure, Foreclosure, Bank Owned, Auction, FSBO, and new homes. They have and incredible tutorial section which is easy to find–on the index page. Tutorial includes, “the process”, “what is a foreclosure” and how to effectively use their site. You can start a chat with a Customer Service representative too! Excellent value for the money and perfect for novices and pros alike. |
The RealtyStore is great site for all types of users. They have excellent listings and they include all of the listing types that RealtyTrac has. On the minus side, they really want you to register before you can really get into the listings. Their site is not as user friendly. BUT, they have a great online tutorial, you just need to know where to find it. Click on the “Site Map” to find it. All in all, great site, just a bit hard to navigate. |
Foreclosure.com is a very complete site for experienced investors. They are now offering FREE foreclosure workshops on the web! They have all listing types except auctions and one of the most comprehensive databases online. Their navigation for searching is just as good as our number one choice. The only drawback we found with Foreclosure.com is that there are fewer tutorials and very few articles on the site. Beginners may feel a bit lost trying to interpret the information. |
